Withdrawals from your lodi29 balance are subject to completion of identity verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawal requests. Once your account is verified, withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.

Withdrawals are processed in PHP. The amount shown in your lodi29 balance is the amount you will receive — lodi29 does not apply internal conversion fees. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically among the fastest options available.

• VIP members from Gold tier upward receive priority withdrawal processing.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on lodi29 are final once confirmed. lodi29 offers sports betting, live casino games, and slot games. The rules specific to each game or betting market are displayed within that game or market. In the event of a conflict between general terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules apply.

For sports betting, lodi29 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• A game, match, or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without the required minimum play being completed.
• Odds were published in error due to a technical fault or data feed failure.
• There is credible evidence of match manipulation or result fixing affecting the event.
